Thank you for registering for the 20XX Crash Course Weekend! We are busy with final preparations and looking forward to seeing you soon.

Location: Calamityville: 506 E. Xenia Drive, Fairborn, OH 45324

Saturday: Check-in will begin at 7:00 am. Coffee and snacks provided. Opening remarks and safety overview will begin at 7:30 am. The first pit rotation will start at 8:00 am. You will rotate through the first 6 of 10 pit rotations. Lunch will be provided. End time approximately 5:00 pm.

Sunday: Report straight to your next pit for a 7:30 am start. We will have coffee and snacks in the warehouse that you can grab in the morning. You will rotate through the final 4 rotations. We will wrap up at approximately 1:00 pm (no lunch break). At the end of the final scenario on Sunday, please return to the warehouse to complete an evaluation and receive a CCW 20XX T-shirt. Certificates will be delivered via email.

PPE Requirements: Follow the guidelines of your department for extrication. At the minimum we require long sleeves and pants, boots, helmet, gloves, safety glasses and hearing protection. Bring a helmet light for a low light scenario.

Come ready to work in any weather. We have had snow during CCW and temperatures in the 80’s. While we will provide some water, please bring plenty of fluids for yourself.

You will receive your Pit Group Assignment and parking instructions in an email a few days before Crash Course Weekend begins. We will make every effort to assign any members of your department together. It is necessary for safety and accountability that you stay with the pit group to which you are assigned throughout the weekend.

Please be aware that Calamityville is part of the Wright State University property and is a completely tobacco free zone.
